The colours rock! As far as layout goes, I think it works very well. I don't really like the fuzzy dark area at the bottom, I think it would look nice and slick without that. Also, I don't know if you have control over this, but the model's (your) pose is not so flattering, I think if your right hand were carrying something like a briefcase or hanging loosely so that the jacket is not disturbed it would flow better. Right now the jacket is not falling properly against your frame because of the hand-in-pocket thing going on and causes a feeling of disarray. The left hand in the pocket seems ok to me because it is more inline with your body. Also, your expression seems sour... not that you need to smile but maybe to have more of a confident and pleasant expression on your face

Another nice touch would be to add the contact info (location, website or both) for the business or retailer that you are advertising for. I think a nice place for that to appear would be in the bottom black bar, top left using a light coloured (to match the background of the model) modernish Sans-serif font.
